We aim to make meditation and contemplative practices accessible to adults, teens, and families in order to support their mental health and well-being. Our programs are made possible thanks to the people that have generously dedicated their financial resources and professional time. Your generosity makes a difference!

Our Teen Wilderness Expedition supports teen wellness, providing useful tools to work with life’s challenges, build emotional resilience, connect with others and with the natural world. Online contributions provide direct financial assistance to teens who would otherwise not be able to register and attend.

With generous financial support from donors, we are able to provide financial grace and program access to teens in need of assistance. The expedition cost per teen is $1000, which includes transportation to the park, transportation to base camp, insurance, food, support gear, program content and delivery.

Many of the teens who apply for financial assistance do not have proper shoes or backpacks needed for the program. Online contributions will also go towards MEC gift certificates. With a gift certificate, a teen can go into their local MEC and pick out a pair of boots and backpack of their very own!
