Teen Yoga Series
The tools offered through yoga can be of great support to teenagers. Take the time to experience the gifts a yoga practice has to offer all walks of life. These classes will include yoga movement — both active and passive — relaxation (savasana), mindfulness and breathing, as well as an opportunity to explore the inner world in relation to our outer world.
The Teen Yoga Series will be made up of 6 sessions, led by Melissa Berry Appleton, a mother of teenagers and passionate about sharing accessible yoga. Suitable for teenagers age 12 to 17 years. The first series was a great group so we are sharing again!
Please register online or in-person at the Moksha Kelowna studio. Studio members who sign up their teen can receive 15% off. There is a regular Moksha class running at the same time for any parents who want to take a class too. Drop-ins are not available for this class series.
Full and partial bursaries are available.
